If you guessed Mrs. Shoemaker for Mystery Knight #1, then you are right! I have been spending my time painting my house, taking my dog Lucy on lots of walks and hanging out with my boys.

We had a lot of shoes leftover from the locker rooms. We did our best in trying to get clothes back to the correct people. If you received something that wasn’t yours please bring it back to the filing cabinet in front of the school so we can hopefully find the correct owner. We found many of the items in random lockers in the locker room or in the floor. I have included some pictures of some shoes and coats that were leftover. Please email me at nallk@cusd305.org if you see any that belong to you!

It's May 13. Did you know it's National Frog Jumping Day? Yep, I found that out after I got my Quickslither score, I should have played Swamp Chompers today. I know my high bug count on Swamp Chompers is 28 (don't eat the red ones they take away from your count.) So today, play Quickslither, play Swamp Chompers play anything on Reflex and get your green light.

If you guessed Mr. Haste, then you are correct. During this quarantine time I’ve been hanging out with my family, riding my bike, exercising, cleaning, and making a headboard for my bed.

Good news, if you've seen Guardians of the Galaxy, you know who StarLord is, and he was cool enough to get a score for Reflex. It's pretty high, mine didn't beat his either but I did get a green light.

I hope you guessed Mrs. Hollingsworth! I have been reading books and planting flowers. I have read 25 books since the start of 2020. My goal is to read 50 books before the end of the year!

It looks like Mystery Knight #1 was an easy one! Mrs. Hale has been enjoying her time off learning how to home school, taking extra walks with her girls and doing lots of improvements to her home and yard. Mrs. Hale is anxiously awaiting the arrival of summer so she can enjoy her pool! ☀️☀️☀️

Good Afternoon Atwood-Hammond Grade School families. The final meal and packet distribution will be Monday, May 11 from 9-11 am. The learning packets distributed this week will include your child's missing work and any final end of the year letters or information. All work needs to be returned at distribution on May 11. Teachers are basing the pass and incomplete grade on the completion of these work packets. Packets must be completed in order to receive a pass, otherwise it will be marked incomplete. If you are not picking up meals we ask that you come get your child’s updated learning packets and return completed work anytime from 3-5 pm on Monday, May 11. Place your child’s completed work in some sort of bag with their name, grade, and homeroom teacher on the front that would be wonderful.
Remember, both procedures will be run as a drive through. Come into the East parking lot. A staff member will be out there to “check” you in and we will bring materials to your car. In order to practice social distancing we ask that you just open your trunk and we will place materials in the trunk. If we cannot get into your trunk we can place things in the backseat or hand them to you through the window. Please have your child’s completed work in a bag in the trunk or ready to hand through the window as well. We will make sure it gets to the correct teacher. Thank you for your cooperation in this process.
