If you give a Culinary Arts student a packet of Ramen. Here is what they came up with....Ramen Alfredo, 20 Minute Chicken Ramen Stirfry, and Tik Tok Ramen. And one even added some Dumplings.
SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM:
DCHD is restructuring the Summer Food Program to best serve students' needs for access to nutritious meals throughout Summer break!
For Summer 2024, DCHD will utilize a self-enrollment registration link for eligible program participants to enroll their household for weekly delivery of breakfast and lunch meals for the eligible students within the household. Weekly deliveries will run from June 3rd - August 2nd for enrolled households. Participating households served by this program will be subject to eligibility guidelines including eligibility for free and/or reduced lunches as verified by their school district and at least one student served per household must be enrolled in a school program.

The 2024 Summer Food Registration will close on Wednesday, May 22nd at 4pm.

The district is extending an invitation to attend a series of open houses. The open houses will be a chance to become informed about a potential project that will impact the high school campus. We look forward to seeing you all and are excited to share the information!
We would like to recognize this week's ALAH High School Shining Knights! Students are nominated by teachers for positives with academics, behavior or attitude. Students get a small reward for the week and will then be put in for a monthly drawing for a gift card. This weeks Shining Knights were: Brennon Hutson, Kaylee McDaniel, Jorja Lebeter, Kaley Herschberger, and Nathan Rafferty
Rosie Jean's Sweet Tea truck will be in the high school parking lot on TUESDAY 4/30 from 10:30am through the lunch hours! Bring your wallet and grab yourself a delicious tea during lunch!
