Today in kindergarten we learned about the origin of dream catchers and then made our very own dream catchers. Happy Thanksgiving from AHGS Kindergarten!

Kindergarten had so much fun learning about items that sink and float! They made predictions and also made their own play-do boats.

AHGS students write handwritten invitations to local veterans inviting them to our Veteran's Day program. These 4th graders, Silas and Bentley, received special notes from the veterans they wrote to. Bentley even received photos of her veteran serving in Vietnam and the medal that he was given for serving in Vietnam! It was so touching for these students to hear from these special heroes!
