We still have some work to complete, but thanks to J.C. Oye Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning we are going to be back in school tomorrow (Wednesday) November 19th. Thank you Jack Oye for the tireless work to make sure we can return to school. We are grateful!
AM pre-k had so much fun decorating our classroom tree today! They made so many beautiful ornaments!
HS Girls Basketball 11/18
Good evening Knights. I am reaching out this evening to inform you all that the high school will have to be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, November 19th, 2024. We had a significant water leak that we are in the process of tracking down and developing a plan to repair. Once we have a better timeline of when the repairs will be completed, and the water will be restored, we will do our best to communicate that as early as possible tomorrow. All of the grade schools will be open and operating as usual. I want to thank J.C. Oye Plumbing and Heating and Air Conditioning for their prompt response and assistance.
Making letters out of Play-Doh!
ATTENTION KNIGHTS: Due to a mechanical issue in the building, Arthur Lovington Atwood Hammond High School will be releasing students at 2:00 p.m today, Nov. 18, 2024. We have had to turn the water off to the building because of a significant water line break. Information regarding Tuesday’s schedule will be communicated once we have additional information regarding a resolution of the issue. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Just a friendly reminder that picture retakes at AHGS are tomorrow Friday the 15th! If you would like your child to have their picture retaken please let the school office know.
Micah Brown earned 150 Knight Bucks and chose PrinciPAL for the day today. He shadowed and assisted Mr. Forman all day today. He was the first person to reach this mark and sure set the bar high! Thank you Mr. Brown for your help today.
Reminder: Tomorrow is School Improvement Day. The high school will dismiss at 12:00 and the grade schools will dismiss at 12:15. Have a great day Knights!
