Levi has reached his gold reading goal!


Just a reminder that tomorrow evening, Tuesday, May 24 is open house for all of the Arthur CUSD 305 schools. The three grade schools will be open from 5-8 pm and the high school will be open from 6-8 pm. See attached flyer for more information.


Early Dismissal Reminder: Tuesday, May 24 and Wednesday, May 25 the high school will dismiss at 2:00 and the grade schools will dismiss at 2:15. Wednesday is the last day of school.

These two amazing musicians were awarded scholarships from the Fine Arts Boosters. This will allow them to attend EIU’s music camp this summer! Congratulations to Jaidyn and Ryan!

Lovington's preschoolers last day and their graduation picnic was a success!




Glow Day in Kindergarten was a hit!





Congratulations to these 7th graders! Morgan, Kole, and John earned their red AR awards and Samantha earned her Silver award!


Artist of the Week this week is Faith Whitlow! Congrats!


Kindergarten had Mad Scientist Day. We made black pepper run away and made black paper rainbow paper. We also made Slime Dough.




We had the best time visiting with our seniors today!



3rd grade had a fantastic field trip at Lincoln's New Salem Historical Park. We learned a lot about life in the 1800's.





Huge thank you to Mr. Kirkwood for bringing the book Harry Potter to life. We played a real life quidditch match in PE.

Safari Day in Kindergarten! We made vests and binoculars before going on a Safari in our animal preserve.




Today for Arts and Crafts Day, Kindergarten sprayed watercolors, used acrylic paint on an arrow hanger and drew on paper upside down. We also drew self-portraits and drew in the tables. We’re looking forward to Safari Day tomorrow.




3rd grade is having a ball reading novels. Our Harry Potter group got to make wands, eat Bertie Botts jelly beans, and make owl research projects.



Thank you District #305 Education Foundation for purchasing outside playground equipment for our PreK- 5th grade students. It was very much needed and appreciated.
