For our Knightly Reading program families were asked to create imaginary friends inspired from the book Crenshaw. We love seeing and reading about their creations.

Just a reminder that there is no after school programming this week! (February 11th and February 13th)

HS Girls Basketball 2/10

Come on out and support our girls tonight!

Are you passionate about inspiring young musicians? Lovington Grade School and Atwood Hammond Grade School are seeking an enthusiastic Elementary Music Teacher to bring the joy of music to our students! This position offers a unique opportunity to cultivate a love for music in elementary students and may also include leading a beginning band program.

Lovington Grade School is committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment where students develop strong literacy skills, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of reading and writing. We seek a passionate and dedicated Junior High ELA Teacher to join our team and inspire young learners.

Our ALAH seniors need a little support for their upcoming trip to Washington, D.C. Mrs. Moffett and Mrs. Graham agreed to help with a Kiss the Goat fundraiser! Send money in with your students, or come in and vote yourselves! The person with the most $ in their jar will kiss the goat in front of the whole school this Thursday morning. The jars are located in our main office here at LGS.

Friday night at the Tarble was a success! Congratulations to all of our artists. If you happened to miss the ceremony you can still go see the art until March 14th!

Our food drive starts today! The class with the most donations will receive a doughnut party!

So proud of our very own Mrs. Seal who shared her math talents with future teachers at EIU!

Two fourth graders earned their Bronze AR goals, while Colton a 5th grader earned his Red reading goal.
