Our Scholastic Bowl team is heading into the LPC Conference Tournament with a record of 8 and 4! They have a week of practice before the tournament. The members of our team are impressive. Here is an example of the type of question they might be asked in any given match:

Our last home boys basketball game is tonight! It is going to be a packed house as we play Sullivan. Join us to celebrate our seniors, listen to our talented pep band and cheer on the Knights! Don’t forget all ALAH students are invited to stay for the MORP (prom backwards) dance. The theme is neon. This is a great way to bring our winter sports season to an end!
Do you have a student that loves to debate? We have our own debate club that began earlier this year. It might be a great opportunity for your student to channel their argumentative skills. The team is meeting on Thursday during study hall with Mrs. Baldwin.
