Hello Knight Family:
Our students are heavy into planning for Homecoming Week, September 25- 30. There have been sign ups for our traditional powder puff football game, macho volleyball game, float designing and hallway decorating. Hallway decorating will happen on Sunday afternoon the 24th, yes, believe it or not students love to come into the building on their off day! We will run a fun schedule during homecoming week to allow students the ability to participate in float building during the school day. The parade will also run during our school day to allow everyone the opportunity to be in, or watch, the parade before dismissal. It is going to be such a fun week. We hope you will encourage your students to join in!
And speaking of joining the fun, parents/families are invited to come to a poster making party tomorrow from 9 am to 12 p.m. in the East Gym! The goal is to cover the towns in red, black and gold for Homecoming Week! Our ALAH Cheer Team is sponsoring this school/community wide event. Please bring your own supplies.
Our representative from Jostens presented to the Class of 2024 (seniors) and Class of 2026 (sophomores) information about class rings to letter jackets to everything graduation. If you have a sophomore or a senior you will be receiving an email with specifics. Ordering day is Friday, September 22nd starting at 7:30 and running through the lunch hours.
