Weekly Wrap

We had a wonderful week at AHGS. The time change is definitely making things interesting as it is now dark when I come to work and dark when I go home. I cannot believe we are almost to Thanksgiving. There is so much that has been going on at school and we continue to be grateful to be able to offer in person learning to our students. I want to take a moment and thank the parents for being cooperative and flexible with us during this time. As protocols continue to change and we are put in the middle of communicating them we have always been thankful that parents will support what we need. Please continue to work with us through these protocols.

The weather is definitely changing however we will still be going outside as much as possible. Please make sure your child has a coat, hat, gloves, etc. If you do not have these things please reach out and let us know.

Our Veteran's Day program was a success despite the weather. Thank you to Mrs. Harvey for preparing the students to perform for this special occasion. Mrs. Rawlins was able to record our Junior High Band and we were able to take a few students over to the program to perform. It was a great way to honor our veterans.
