Details of the plan are included in the link below, as well as additional plans that may need to be utilized depending on what phase the Governor of Illinois and the Illinois State Board of Education deems necessary. This is a reminder that school registration is open this week online through Skyward's Family Access. If you have not registered your student for the 2020-2021 school year, please register them by this Friday, June 26. If you have any questions regarding registration or need your Skyward login information, please call your student's school office. All physical, dental, eye, and medication forms are available through the online registration or in the registration section on our district website.
Documents needed for the following grade levels:
Birth certificate (new students),
School physical exams/proof of immunizations: New students, K, 6th, 9th grade,
Dental Exam: K, 2nd, 6th, 9th grade,
Vision Exam: K,
Sports Physical (JH & HS athletes) - Freshman physical counts as sports physical,
Proof of receiving (2) Meningitis vaccines: 12th grade - Only one dose is required if the first dose was received at 16 years of age or older.
Any student who will need to take any medication at school (this includes prescription or over the counter) must have the medication authorization form on file signed by both the parent/guardian and the healthcare provider. We cannot give any medication without this form on file!

Good evening Arthur CUSD 305 parents and guardians,
Arthur CUSD #305 is moving all registration to an online format and will happen next week for our 2020-2021 school year. This means no waiting until August to register your student(s). On Monday, June 22 registration will open in Skyward. Online registration will be open from Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 26. If you do not have access to a computer or need assistance in registering online, please call the school office to schedule an appointment. Scheduled appointments will take place on June 23 and June 24 from 12-6 pm.

We are here! Come pick up your yearbook today until 3 or tomorrow from 8:30-11:30. We are in the circle drive in front of the Arthur Grade School.

Yearbooks have arrived! They will be available for pickup in the front drive at the Arthur Grade School on Tuesday June 2nd from 12:00-3:00 and Wednesday June 3rd from 8:30-11:30. If you cannot pick them up at this time, please contact the grade school after June 3rd for other arrangements.


This is the last week that the ALAH food pantry will be open for the 2019-2020 school year. The order form is being emailed and is available on social media. The food pantry is available to all families in the school district. Orders need to be placed by noon on Thursday, May 28th and food will be delivered to homes on Friday, May 29th between 9 am and noon. Remember, this is the LAST CHANCE for you to order this school year!

ALAH Jr. High Baseball Sign-Up
Seventh and eighth grade boys who would like to join the baseball team, please call Travis Wilson at 217-259-8690. Practice is scheduled to begin August 3, 2020.
An athletic physical is required and must be on file at the school before participation. Athletic physical forms are available at the respective schools.


5th Grade D.A.R.E. Program ~
Thank you Mr. Goodman and the Arthur Police Department for your dedication to the D.A.R.E. program and the positive influence you have on the youth of Arthur. We appreciate the time you spend preparing for each class and your enthusiasm. Your guidance has made D.A.R.E. a very successful program.

During this time, we will also be handing out Promotion Certificates to 8th graders. If any student still has incomplete work, please bring it at that time, along with any books that need returned.
