Good afternoon parents/guardians:
This is a reminder that there is no school on Monday for Columbus Day.
We also want to remind Kindergarten, 6th grade, Freshmen and Seniors that you must have a current physical examination form and up to date proof of immunizations to your school office prior to October 15. If the school does not have this information submitted, the school is required by law to exclude your student beginning October 15, 2020 until the required forms and information is received. All students in KG, 6th, 9th, and 12th grade, including remote learners, must meet these state requirements.
If your child's immunizations cannot be completed by the above date, you must have your doctor or health department furnish to us the appointment dates and schedule for the incomplete immunizations.
If you have already submitted your child's forms to the school you may disregard this message.
If you need assistance, please call the nurse at your child's school.
Arthur CUSD 305 is able to offer FREE meals for students who pre-order for the week. This form MUST be filled out by Thursday, October 8 to order meals for the Week of October 13. There is no school on Monday, October 12 for Columbus Day.
