REMINDER: Arthur CUSD 305 has partnered with Douglas County Health Department to offer free school and sports physicals to students. There are still spots open. You can sign up for an appointment online at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c094aaaa728abfdc43-free#/ for a time slot for the dates below: Arthur Grade School - May 22, 2023 Lovington Grade School - May 23, 2023 Atwood-Hammond Grade School - May 24, 2023 You may sign up for whichever building and day is most convenient for you and your student. This is open to any student who needs a school physical for next school year or will be playing any school sports.

Notice of Public Meeting
On Tuesday, May 30 at 9:30 a.m., a meeting will be conducted by Arthur CUSD #305, 301 E. Columbia, Arthur, IL 61911 in the high school cafeteria. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the district’s plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend private schools and home schools within the district for the 2023-2024 school year. If you are the parent of a home-schooled student who has been or may be identified with a disability and you reside within the boundaries of the Arthur CUSD #305, you are urged to attend. ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS/STUDENTS: Arthur CUSD 305 used one emergency day (snow day) this year and because of that, school is in session this Friday, April 28. Beginning next Friday, May 5, there will be no school on Friday's in May. The last day of school is Thursday, May 25.
